My educator skill development are designed to support teachers, paraprofessionals, and educational teams in strengthening the practical, real-world skills needed to be effective, confident, and responsive in today’s learning environments. I provide individualized and group-based training tailored to the specific needs of the setting and the learner population being served.

 

I specialize in supporting educators in working with students with disabilities and behavioral needs, with a focus on translating evidence-based practices into practical, actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately in the classroom. My work emphasizes building educator confidence, consistency, and capacity for accommodations, behavior support, and instructional responsiveness.
